Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping carrier selected, based on order size and shipping address provided. Your shipping rate is finalized at checkout.
*All orders placed by 3:00 PM will ship out the same business day, where as orders placed after 3:00 PM (OR during the weekend) will ship out by the next business day.
*UPS is our primary shipping service for orders shipped within the U.S. US orders takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
*Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
*DP Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is misdelivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to get in contact with the shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with all the necessary information for the investigation; however, please keep in mind that this is a matter completely out of our control.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not been shipped out just yet, please contact our support team with the correct shipping address. Our team works hard to get every package shipped out within the same day of purchase as quickly as possible and we are unable to make any changes after all items have been sent out.
If we have yet to process your order, a cancellation request may be authorized and approved. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
DP Fitness does not cover the cost of return shipping.
